These melamine ashtrays are iconic. Designed by Walter Zeischegg and produced by Helit from 1966-67, there is a reason they're part of the MOMA's permanent collection.
Sometimes referred to as the "Ulm wave," these stackable ashtrays came in a variety of colours, and were even used as promotional items.
Stamped on the bottom Helit 95.
Made in Ulm, Germany.
